Please find below some of the most common questions asked by our clients.

1) How Long will the whole process take?

This depends on you the client on how quick the paper work comes back to us etc. The third party normally the nsurers on how quickly they accept liabilty. On a very general estimate a normal case with no complications can take between 3-6 months.

2) How much Compensation am I Likely to get?

Again without a medical examination and knowing how long it will take for you recover there is no way of knowing. However as a general guideline you can look at our Compensation calculater and see how much you maybe able to claim again just re-itterate this is only an estimate.

3) Do we have to pay anything?

The simple answer is NO. All our panel solicitors work on a no win no fee basis. This means we get all our fees paid by the other party and you pay nothing.

4) Do you deduct anything from our compensation?

Again the simple answer is NO. All our panel solicitors work on a 100% compensation basis. This means nothing will ever get deducted from your compensation.

5) I dont know if I can claim

If you have been injured in an accident and its not your fault the likley hood of you being able to claim is quite high as long as we can identify who is at fault we can more than likely get you the compensation you deserve so dont delay claim now.
