Contact Claims take any complaint very seriously. Please be assured your complaint will be investigated within 2 working days by senior management and a manger will be contacting within 2 working days.

If you need to contact us sooner please call us on 0800 014 1503 or 01928 508932 between 9am-5pm monday to friday and register your complaint.

After your complaint has been made either by form or filling in the form above one of our manager will investigate and contact you on your preferred contact method within 2 working days.
